Refund and Cancellation Policy

Shri Shiroor Matha follows a transparent policy regarding contributions and Seva bookings.

3.1 Seva Cancellations

Traditional Sevas: Once a Seva is booked and the Sankalpa is performed, no refunds will be entertained as the spiritual ritual is considered concluded.

Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend or perform a booked Seva, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We may, at our discretion, reschedule the Seva to a later date.

3.2 Donations and Kanikes

Donations made to the Matha are considered voluntary contributions. Refunds for donations are not permitted once the transaction is successful.

If a duplicate transaction occurs due to a technical error, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.

3.3 Refund Process (Technical Errors)

In case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted but the booking is not confirmed, the amount is usually rolled back by your bank automatically within 5-7 working days.

If you believe a refund is due because of a technical double-payment, please email support@shiroormatha.org with your Transaction ID. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

3.4 80G Receipts

Currently 80G is not applicable to donations made to the Matha.
